1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lomitechs' services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Services
Lomitechs provides professional web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, and related digital services. The specific scope of work will be defined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information required for project execution
- Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the rights to any content provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Lomitechs retains the right to:
- Display work in portfolios and marketing materials
- Reuse general techniques, code patterns, and methodologies
- Retain ownership of any pre-existing intellectual property
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally:
- A deposit is required before work begins
- Milestone payments may be required for larger projects
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes but is not limited to business plans, technical specifications, and customer data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lomitechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Warranty
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We provide a 30-day warranty period after project delivery to address any bugs or issues related to the original scope of work.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Any deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes via email or through our website.
